Ye Gods has the world gone mad I ask myself?, the way things are going in the middle East I think it would be better to bring all our trrops back and lift up the metaphorical drawbridge, there's rockets and bombs going off all over the middle East and if Israel does go into Iran and mess up their sand pit then it's war and then what!?, why can't these idiots just get on with each other?.
Anyway I have thought about it and have come up with a dam fine plan even though I say so myself!.
Here's how it goes!, the UN goes and see Microsoft and buys up shed loads of x Boxe 360's and then gives each side one per citizen, then they all go online and fight a war in cyber space and whover wins gets 3 wishes (within reason) and a winners cup, then they all go home and have a nice cup of T and play with the grand kids and job done!, well only if their surname isn't Savlie that is!. :o:lol:

    Mm I like the idea, Mel, but I do see a flaw in the plan. The first wish of the winner would be to have all the land belonging to the other. That's why sport is so great - all the contest but no-one gets killed. Usually.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Totally agree Liz it always goes Pete Tong when people who are really after power and control get their hands on them, and sad to say its normally men who do the messing up.

    It is mainly men who do the messing up, but maybe that's because there are so few women leaders in the world. Who's to say that women would do any better, although they might not resort to violence quite as quickly as men.     The thing I can never understand is that all religions encourage people to be kind and tolerant towards each other, and to live in peace with their neighbours.     Yep sadly true. most people just want to be left alone it's the ones who get into palces of power who make life missery for the rest of us it's always been the same, I see there's been a suicde bombing on a bus isd Israel, it will be and ISLAMIC Suicide bomber from HAMAS or the aka PIJ Palestine Islamic Jihad who did it no doubt, oh hang I've got the news on and it's just been said on BBC news it was a suicde bomber from the Islamic militant group HAMAS.
