    Thinking of you DD. Wish I'd seen this yesterday as I've had 2 major ops with just a local and believe me its much better for you.

    Just back from the physio, sorry still need the sling for a bit, was still thinking of you, hopefully all by with now and you are at home resting without to much pain.......tc.......Marie xx
