I'm not a happy boy
I knew a flare was on it's way but it hit full force this afternoon
Had just been to see mi Grandma and on the way back I felt the joints going t1ts up.
I couldn't even undress myself to get into bed :x
My legs are screaming...... knees are dreadful.
I can barely move :roll:

Luckily I had some diazapam left. One of those combined with the amitriptyline made sure I was unconscious.
Things still playing Hell at the minute.
I'm staying put. It's another bed day

Have spent the day sleeping mainly. Lower joints still playing silly buggers.
Think I'll have another diazapam. These lovelys are about the only thing that eases the pain enough to sleep, and sleeping is the only time I'm not whincing in pain :roll:
Sorry I'm coming across as a miserable git. . Still not a happy chap.

I have been up today. It's mum's birthday. Went to the cemetery earlier with some flowers for dad.
Off for a meal tonight. Hopefully I'm gonna be ok for that too

My knees are still hurting a LOT :roll: other bits are starting to settle down.. the new phone and tablet are both great. Using the tablet now, much easier on the hands and eyes lol

I have hydrotherapy tomorrow, hoping I can go, may have to use the hoist both getting in and out of the pool though.. will see..

Mum had a lovely birthday Rose hun, thank you we had a wonderful nightat the local Chinese, it's the best I've ever been to and we go quite regularly.. Yesterday the plan was to go for sunday lunch with four friends, my knees had a very different plan for me though so, billy no mates stayed home, my only friend was a fat white cat named Ra lol..

Hope all are ok today..
