    Staying in bed sounds a good idea-hope you can catch some sleep.
    Best joke I ever read, "With that information and a diagnosis of spondylosis, your doctor can develop a treatment plan‏" or back in reality totally ignore you. Is ok I have a sense of humour and a boxing glove, not defeated yet.

    Have managed to get up. Come to get Janet from work. She's not feeling so good so don't want her having to get the bus in the pouring rain. .

    A bit late to the 'party' but just wanted to say hope the flare beggars off soon and you are back to fighting fit. It's not nice when it blindsides you and gets in the way of trying to get on with your life. Your wife is a gem - will she get me a tab2 for Xmas ?! :lol:
