May's chemo is tomorrow

The good news is that today May's blood count was high enough so she can have her chemo tomorrow. Having chemo may seem an odd thing to celebrate but, when you know it has to come but you have to miss it, as May did last week, it's very good news to hear you can have it.

May is a cool chemo customer but I'm sure all pocket dwellers will be most welcome.

    Ah May

I am so pleased to hear the 'good' news. I have a friend at the mo who has been unable to have hers twice due to neutropenia so I do agree it is (oddly) something to celebrate :) . The prayers are working!

I will be right there in your pocket May I promise

    Love and hugs

In your pocket with sweeties to share.
    Take care.
Best joke I ever read, "With that information and a diagnosis of spondylosis, your doctor can develop a treatment plan‏" or back in reality totally ignore you. Is ok I have a sense of humour and a boxing glove, not defeated yet.

Bad news. May had a really bad reaction to the chemo (She was breathless and developed a rash) so it had to be stopped.

She sees the onco on Monday to see where to go from here.

Currently, she's feeling really sick but at least the bloods look like they are coming down.

No words, May. Just a few of these. ((((()))))

    Hi,
May got halfway through the chemo before the reaction happened.
The only thing he {doc} can think of is to go through it really slowly
As she says this is the 14th chemo she has had in 8 years so it is more likely to happen
