    So sorry about your brother-in-law. It always seems so much worse at Xmas. I hope your appointment goes well and that the itching will subside quickly and you get some sleep.

    Will be with you May (whether you see this or not) on Weds.

    I remember years ago having glandular fever...itching all over and I was advised by teh GP at the time to take a bath (coolish) with KMN04 in it! Pertassium permanganate. My Mum got me some and I am convinced it helped. I was itching something chronic at the time.

    If you thought it worth a try could you ask them on Weds if you would be allowed to try it?
