Well this is dispatch from your on the spot reporter from Val HQ, word on the street is Val has successfully tunnelled out of the hospital with only a candle and a bent spoon and is as I write this dispatch enjoying short but highly enjoyable walks in the sunny weather, she's tired but feeling OK and her RA flare has subsided as well so she's making hay while the sun shines and who can blame her! 8) .0

thank you all well spent all day yesterday at hallamshire hospital having stem cells harvested thank goodness they got enough so do not have to go back today after ct scan was exhausted but woke at 3 am starving not suprised have tendancy to keep throwing up lol nearly a size 16 now better than i diet this chemo valval0
