Mum is fine now, just goes to show that you shouldn't just keep taking tablets year in year out without getting a review.
I'm ok, still in a ton of pain but it's slowly easing up. Its the knees that are the worst. I did hurt my shoulder too but thats ok.
Catch you all soon.
Take care one n all

Hi Tony
I am so so sorry that I have missed all this. First, sorry that you have lost your dad, my heart goes out to you and you're mum.
Secondly, that you had all that worry with you're mum passing out on you. It was so good that you were there, but I can imagine the pain you must be feeling now. I am glad that she is now feeling better. You are right, we should always get checks when on meds.
Hope you are having a good rest at the mo, and that you're pain is starting to ease for you. I know what you mean though, when you say that you would do the same again. Family are so important aren't they.
You make sure that you look after yourself now and rid of that horrible bl**dy pain.
I am hoping that this time I shall be able to stay around.Karen xx0 -
Hi Tony,
So sorry i have missed this (been away) I am pleased your mum has been sorted and is now doing ok. I hope your pain is subsiding its such a shock isnt it! My mom was standing there and then suddenly lost her balance and went falling backwards i shot out the chair and grabbed her luckily she was ok but it didn't half hurt me.
Rest up now hugs to you and the family

hi folks.
Mum is absolutely fine this morning.
I'm on the mend but obviously it's taking it's time lol
Tis snowing here at the minute, not settling properly yet but it will soon enough. I'm not a fan of the snow I'll admit. Makes walking even more difficult
Looks pretty though lol
Hope everyone is ok. Karen, it's lovely to see you again hun.
Best wishes to all. .

Hi Tony, So sorry to hear about your mom's incident. Glad she's on the mend. As for you big guy, I understand what you mean about doing it again in a heart beat. You get yourself better and rest up! Sending a big (((HUG))) to janet. And sending a gentle (((HUG))) to yourself. Take Care!!
Also lots of fuss to RA! Good camouflage this snow for RA!!0 -
Tony,
sorry I've not seen this before. Good news that your Mum is on the mend, and I hope you are back to 'normal' soon.
Please try not to lose Ra in the snow. If you do you'll have a very disgruntled (but still regal) cat on your hands!
Take care,

Hi Tony. Glad to hear that your Mum is on the mend. Hope your pain will ease off a bit for you soon. It must have been awful for you but thank goodness you were around to help. We've had a little snow down here in The Garden of England but not very much so far. Like you, I think it's pretty to look at from indoors but does make walking even more difficult than usual.
Take care. Hope Janet will feel better soon.

Tony, I'm sorry that I missed this thread earlier, but I'm so glad that your Mum is OK now. What a nasty shock for you when she collapsed!
I hope that you are still on the mend and that Janet will soon feel better too.
Lots of love

I've been trying to sleep through the pain, I'm just glad I have some diazapam for occasions like this.
I'm still in a lot of pain but it doesn't matter, I would do the same again n again.
Mum is fine now. She has been on meds for high blood pressure for years now. She has stopped two of the three and I think that's done the trick.
I was so bloody worried when it happened. She was out for about a minute. My first thought was it was her diabetes.
Right, I'm gonna have another quick snooze.
Thanks again. .
Need bubble wrap young man... a copy of layers.. but it does make it hard to move around. Glad your mum is recovering no you have to rest and sort yourselves out.... Hope you feel better very soon XXXXX0 -

Hope she gets better soon...
Thank you, every one of ya. Sorry I haven't replied individually. Way too tired lol.

I hope Janet is soon 'fixed', Tony. I've had a cold since new year and it seems to have taken a liking to me. It aint mutual. I hope she can get on top of it asap.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
