    I am appealing and had assessment copy today which have posted...Will send my info recorded as i dont drag my heels like them!....It is soo bad its not funny anymore!!

    i too have problems sleeping haveing osteoarthritis in all my bones i take amitriptyline which helps me sleep it does't get ride of the pain but when i wake up due to the pain i go back to sleep before i took these i was looseing sleep once i was awake it was impossable for me to get back i hope i'v helped they are worth a try they was first used for depression but was'nt very good at it but they made a good seditive. :P

    At least if they are letting you sleep its one thing as lack of sleep can make the day seem hellish!....Sorry your'e in so much pain...
