Good to hear you got out and about Millie, that will help lift you anyhow. It takes quite a while to recover from an op regardless if it's open surgery or keyhole and don't be worrying about a step backwards now and then, it's only normal.
Take good care. Soon be able to get back on your Humira too. I'm guessing you stopped the Methotrexate as well.

Thanks ,I love working up that hill even with my crutches so I just keep thinking of the calories I have burned.going to start exercising in the next few works so going to go swimming first then a bit of walking again.i can start my humira next Friday which will be nice as it enabled me to start walking again which I love .we have a mountain behind our house which I loved walking up and the from the top is lovely View ,but before humira I could not do it.not saying that it does not hurt but it's worth it.rheumy nurse would not agree with me as she gave me a telling off for decorating my living room .she told me humira was not a cure and I still had to take it easy.but I am afraid I am not going to sit down in a chair and do nothing .i thought humira was to help you live a better life and do things that you could not do before it or am I living in lala land and she is right.I know you have to pace yourself which I do.I just think if I don't get out and exercise I will end up that 26 stone woman I used to be .i eat myself to 26 stone when I got so Ill and no one was listening to me ,just sending me home with painkillers.i know I am lucky to be on humira and that it has helped me so much.i guess there's no sence in worrying about yesterday or tomorrow as you can't do anything about it.easy said that done sometimes.
I am looking forward to my holiday in April as we always go away for our anniversary (27 years ) booked a lovely flat with sea views .well that's enough of me rattling on on
