    Yes, I hope so too. The consultant will now write to my GP and hopefully she will have the letter by the time I next see her on 2nd September.

    Think I may try having an injection in my shoulder in the meantime.

    Sorry I'm late back to this thread :)

    Good news that you saw the consultant... eventually. Communication problems are pretty common among my 'medical team' too, worse luck. I hope the meds will give you all the relief you need without inflicting horrible side effects.
