I googled vasculitis ( I know ) it doesn't look anything like that at all.
I've racked my brains thinking of anything that i might have changed theres nothing except my gp upped the meds she gave me for anxiety and getting the leaflet out it is listed ,so it's a trip to gp tomorrow,oh poo . Mig0 -
Poo indeed but sensible too. You need to know what's going on (and so do we ). Please let us know how you get on. ((())) DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

So have seen gp who thinks the spots are a allergic reaction to something ,but not meds related,he did mention urticaria which I had to google to find out what it was,so he's given me some antihistamines .Mig0
-
Well that sounds like good news. Hope the antihistamines work!

So long as I don't touch it's a Tiny bit better if I forget I could scratch for England . Mig0

I'm sorry!! I empathize as I'm in a psoriasis flare n could rake most of mine off too. It's maddening.
Try & keep it as cool as possible, it may help lessen the itching.

I hope you have some calamine to hand - even olive oil might help. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

To you psoriasis sufferers: do those oatmeal derm soaks do anything for itching? I thought it might help mig. Well, and myself, newby to psoriasis itching.

Got some calamine doesn't really help.
Gp I saw extremely young said you could take three antihistamines for a day or two but on reading the insert it said only one per day ,the ones he gave me are cetirizine hydrochloride 10mg.Mig0 -
Oh, I am sorry that the calamine isn't helping, what a bummer. If you have a query about the dosage either contact the surgery or ask the pharmacist for further info. Leaflets have their uses but they can't cover every case and occasion. DD
PS You could also try salt water, I think my Ma worked it out to a teaspoon of salt to around a pint of water but I employ the taste method. Dabbing this onto the rash / spots could help to ease the itching, my severe eczema would clear fairly quickly after a dip in the sea.Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. I'm probably not the best to answer as I've never been itch free :?
I've had lots of different antihistamines, topical ointments, lotions, I've even had pouches of Dead Sea mud that I had to spread on my skin ... Nothing has helped me ... That is the important part, it hasn't helped me but it may help you!! My psoriasis is extremely stubborn, hot, red & very widespread :?
I still try anything I'm offered
I use piriton (4mg), you can take them more often but I also take a loratidine which is 1 in 24hrs, My gp has OK'd them to be used together!!xxxHealing Hugs

Given up on the calamine, started using derma care daily moisturising cream by bxxts ,it's started easing a little ,could be the cream or maybe the pills are kicking in.Mig0

I'm glad something's helping, mig. This isn't good weather for itching. I like DD's idea of salt water too.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
