Sounds exactly how I feel, maybe add in a few more "ouch"

The joys of being immunosuppressive and the begin of winter catch most of us out :(

Hope you begin to feel better soon and get back to normal!

I am more "Ouch" and a few other choice words at the moment! lol

Most of them scottish swear words (I can get away with those because most folk don't know what they mean!)lol

??? Sorry, I'm linguistically challenged. Do you mean !"£$, %^&&^*+@, %^&&^*+@, !"£$ etc? I do hope not. It can turn very rapidly into #~+@><= +~<}£. That's seriously nasty. Get well soon. ((())) (Those were just hugs  )

Thank you everyone, you are so kind to take the time to reply. This has been going on for around ten days or so and things are not easing. I have patches of the dreaded P turning up in very strange places - - and I feel utterly drained. Hey-ho, it's a case of mind over matter: I mind but that doesn't matter. I think it's another quiet week-end for yours truly, two weeks sans the Obese Tiger. I must be ill. DD

Ah Boomer, I did that the other night. I like moonlight, it's silvery and tranquil compared to the hurly-burly of sunlight (am I right in thinking that moonlight is reflected sunlight?) I guess moonlight where you are is far better than moonlight here in my urban setting. DD

Yes it is reflected sunlight. When I lived in a big city, it was still lovely to stare at the moon, even though not a bright as it is here where I live. It's hard to see because the trees block it out. That's not a complaint, though.....!

Oh dear DD. Am sorry to hear that you are not feeling too good. Is this flu jab related, or just everything else? It seems that lots of people are suffering effects from the flu jab this year, me included. Hope you feel a bit better soon. Beryl. (((())))

Once again I send my thanks to you all. The yuk has all but gone, the ouch remains and is spreading so I am attributing this to a flare, hence the appearance of the P. Wot larks, Pip, wot larks. DD

I think it's the PsA (TBH I can't truly tell the difference between that and the fibro because I am not a navel-gazer and actually don't care that much). I have donned my wrist supports and they are helping matters. I think I will go and buy some elbow supports tomorrow. If I can be bothered to make the effort. Which I doubt I will. DD

Oh DD you are going through it again aren't you. My fibro is acting up today, wrists, elbows, feet etc so I know how you feel. Hope the flare doesn't last too long. Feet up and duvet me thinks.

    Take care

If we could sell our "little" flares to some [text deleted by moderator] club, we would make a fortune and be able to build a 5 star clinic under the sun! DD, you seem to be a competent business woman. Would you like to manage the flare- sales, please?
