Glad you enjoyed Preston Park. Did you actually go in to the hall. it is lovely inside. They used to have rooms upstairs with original decor and furniture from a few different ages. They closed that part off and put everything in glass cages. That was very disappointing. I like the street and the walled garden.

Hope you have a good rest before tomorrow. Have you decided where to go?

Went into the hall hun. Pretty cool. I decided to have a rest in the sunshine while the others went upstairs.
Tomorrow we are heading home via the coast. Redcar etc.
We cannot wait to come back again. Would be nice to have a few more days.

Don't forget to keep your entrance tickets if you're coming back as they last for a year. Redcar is quite nice but I prefer Saltburn. Whitby is good but that is further down the coast so you might have already been there. Have a good trip home.

Tickets safely in Janet's possession as I would only lose em. Lol

we are home now. Good journey back. Stopped in redcar. I went for a paddle while they went for a coffee. Then we went to the next place down the coast (can't remember the name :oops: ) It's the one with the cable car down the five million mile high cliff face.. I don't like em so I found a sun trap and baked.
