Been a bit down recently so have hidden away. The osteoporosis thing kinda knocked me sideways. I've also just had my neck xrayed.. Dunno if much will show up but the rheumy said it's osteo arthritis. I think there could be some porosis in there too..

We are actually in East Kilbride right now. Got here half an hour ago. Staying in a premiere inn overnight then we are heading to Inveraray tomorrow. Have booked a cottage by the loch for a week. Here with the missus, mi mum, aunty and two neighbours.
Set off at six this morning from Leeds. Stopped off in Penrith and then lanark. Had a great day but I'm exhausted! Been a very long day.

I really hope that you are all alright.

Xx

Nice to hear from you again, glad you are having a good time in Scotland but sorry to hear about your neck. I will keep my fingers crossed that there is nothing wrong there, that's where my OA is and it's not fun, but then when is arthritis of any kind fun?

last month we took my other nephew to Bridlington where my pal has a funfair. He went on every ride many many times lol. Had a great time. The we drove to Hull and stayed overnight in a budget hotel and took him to The Deep the next day. Had a great time. The Deep is fantastic. Love it. I borrowed a wheelchair as I didn't take mine. Way I could've walked around the place.

    To be brief.
Plus side, school/work going very well, enjoying being back though it's painful and tiring.
Negative side, emergency orths appointment with my consultant tomorrow morning, latest MRI shows another damaged disc and I may need more surgery.

Hope you have a really lovely holiday in Bonny Scotland. The courthouse at Inverary is really interesting if you get the chance to go.

Hope the weather is good for you - if the trees are "turning" the colours will be beautiful.

    Thank you Meg and LV..
I am sat parked up somewhere in Glasgow. Lol
tried to get both cars parked up in the city centre. Nightmare lol.
So I think we are on the outskirts..

The gardens were lovely. . Well, the indoor bits as it has been raining summat rotten.. They have gone for a mooch.

From here to the supermarket, get some bits and refill with fuel before heading to the cottage.

We have had a wonderful day. Been up to Oban. What a lovely place. We went to the green shack (I think) seafood place. Absolutely great seafood. . With views across the loch. Brilliant.
Back at the cottage now. Very tired and sore but we have a power shower in the en - suite. . Enjoyed that a lot. Has a built in seat so I was good. . :D

    I hope everyone is alright.
    YBH'S to everyone. . :D

Lovely photos, Tony - we've been to Oban several times, but never been very lucky with the weather.

Loch Fyne is lovely - was it the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar you ate at? The seafood in Scotland is usually very good - especially on the west. Enjoy the rest of your holiday - the cottage sounds lovely.

Sorry to hear you've been down but glad to hear you are enjoying Scotland. Love the photos. I was born in Glasgow and lived there till I was 10 so I love it round the lochs. Not in the city centre though.

    Thanks girls :D

Theresa, I can't remember the name of the place. It was a green shack place. Number one on trip adviser and deservedly so. Great sea food.

I am really really suffering now. Have been trying to sleep since just after nine
