Hi one n all.....
yet again I am here to apologise for not being so.... I have been utterly useless at being online of late..
I do have excuses but won't bother with them lol.
Latest news with me....
The usual flare ups aplenty and the pain just as bad..
I have just started another course of hydrotherapy, the last time I had it, it helped while I was there but not too much more than that BUT I do need the excersises and enjoy the water. I have also signed up for a thingymajig.. some course or ruvver where I have chosen to do Accupuncture, Alexander texhnique, massage and summat else that I can't remember lol...
I saw my rheumy today, (she is soooo much nicer than the old so n so that retired) had a lot of bloods done last time to go over everything.. Mainly the exhaustion which is a major issue now.. they all came back ok, apart from my phosphate being low, not good for my Osteoporosis. Today she did one more blood for VitD.. She wants to change a couple of meds around, the Naproxen is to be changed to Gabapentin or Pregablin (don't remember which  ) as I really have very little inflammation.
She has oredered scans on my shoulders and elbows as they have been really painful lately..
I am still on 20mg Methotrexate injections along with the Sulphasalazine... Getting on well with those and am still doing ok with the Alendronic Acid tablets for the O.P.. I know many folks aren't so good on them.
Anyway.......
I really hope that everyone is as good as can be and that you all had a good Christmas and New Year...

Hi Tony,
Nice to see you posting, and I'm glad your rheumy is nice. The course sounds as if it might be beneficial, like the hydrotherapy. Hope it goes well.

Can't get away with owt... :?
Just had second hydrotherapy session. And went swimming yesterday too so I'm a tad knackered. I've either trapped a nerve in mi back or pulled a muscle. Had to take Diazapam last night. Very tender today. For a tough bloke anyway
I had better sleep tonight that's all I can say. .
PS. . You Wimmin don't scare me :? lol

Hi Tony ,missed you buddy lets hope we can all have a better year.
Going on a coach trip overnight travel soon any tips, its not a coach that totally reclines but more space than usual. Mig0 -
Hello Mrs T..I can imagine you have to keep an eye on Tony.. hope you are doing Ok..yes he is gobby....I love it... you take care..xLove
Barbara0 -
Lol. . Thanks Grace, Mig & Barbara
Mig, I suppose it depends on how far you are going hun. Our Spanish hols are by coach and I have to take Diazapam to get me through them.Although the coaches we use (Sie*sta) have good leg room and recline well. When we have used the smaller coaches for round England etc I just make sure I'm on the ball with pain relief and try to get the isle seat so I can put my legs out diagonally (obviously taking care when people walk past) and have a couple of memory foam pillows. Stand up every now and then to stretch etc. Most of all try to relax and make the journey part of the holiday. Xx
Grace. I think I replied to that thread but this is me we're talking about and I am probably getting mixed up with summat else  Thank you though. xx
Barbara. . Moi, gobby :!: :?: As if... Lol xxMe-Tony
