    So glad your back, missed you buddy! Hope this year will be a better one for you & Barbara. You both deserve to be given a better year. Fingers crossed that the Hydro & new set of meds give you some relief. :)

    Still having the hydro. Yesterday's session was tough though as I had had no sleep tues night, was in a bad way with the pain, mainly back and legs...
    Today things ain't great... :cry: we are going away again tomorrow, just me n Jan for a nice weekend.. Can't even remember where lol.. So I am resting today, gonna stay in bed nice n warm and hopefully things will be better in the morning. My car is being picked up in the a.m for it's 1st service, I hope it is back in time to get Janet from work so we can set off straight away.

    I'm having trouble with this, I know how total ARD AS NAILS you are so I just can't see water treatment doing any good, maybe you should try bathing in molten lava instead?.

    Got home about an hour ago. Had a nice wknd. Went too fast though :roll:
    Had a nice walk around bakewell. Lovely place. Been a few times now. Weather wasn't great but that doesn't matter really. As long as it wasn't raining. Lol

    Drove home along the scenic route. Much nicer than the motorways heeeheeeee. Not that I saw much. Can't really enjoy the scenery at 80 mph.. :o:o lol
