I`m glad anaemia and diabetes have been ruled out, but it seems as if there are still some answers missing. I hope you soon begin to feel better.

I'm not much of a one for supplements but the Vit D one makes sense to me and I take it regardless of a good diet.

I'm sorry you have no answers, daffy, or, at least, none that lend themselves to solutions. Sometimes I think we ignore how much the daily battle against arthritis takes out of us. I know I invest far more energy in ordinary household tasks than does Mr SW.

Gosh I can so relate to siblings doing the "steamroller act". I have one and I feel totally ironed flat after a visit. They really mean no harm but some how I feel completely drained post-visit.

Best wishes, and, I completely agree with sticky's phrase: "we ignore how much the daily battle against arthritis takes out of us". I always have to remind myself of this and often expect I can handle things better and with more energy. Nope, doesn't happen. Thanks sticky!

You're welcome, Anna :D I used to measure achievement but these days I measure effort. On that scale I contribute equally to household tasks even though I only get a fraction done and am shattered afterwards while His Healthiness moves on to mowing the lawn
