    Try jelly cubes, they can be cut inyo small pieces. Although I am a few years older than you I still like to exercise, just non weight bearing and shorter times, a new Decathlon ekectric bike is ideal for me, you still get the rush, a gentke swim counts as does a stroll, you still feel better for it.

    P.s. our snow melted before I coukd get out on it!
