Welcome to the forum, I am glad you’ve found us! Are there any areas in particular you are looking for advice on? Although we cannot offer medical advice, I’m sure our members will be happy to share their own tips and experiences with you.

OA of the spine is one of my problems as well, if you have any questions ask away I am sure that there are others who can help too.
