I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis last year in hands feet spine and hips. I think it's also in my shoulders. Is the pain likely to get worse or can it stay pretty stable? I try not to rely on painkillers but try to keep moving as much as possible. Any more tips you can give me please?
Thanks
Janet
