    Hello everybody,

I am glad to be able to read your posts and learn about your experiences. I have seen my spine x-rays and they show early arthur. I am hopeful to remain pain free and maybe learn and share things for preventing and managing things.

I look forward to our mutually supportive healing endeavors.

    Warm wishes,

    Bruce
