Polymyalgia reumatica

Hello all

My names David have had Polymyalgia for almost 2 years. Although much improved still struggling a bit with discomforts eg flu like aches Am down to 1mg of predisolone but difficult to tell if some of the discomforts are down to the tapering or my other arthritis I have in hips shoulders etc also had radiotherapy for prostate cancer last year so Docs/consultants are not sure what might be the main reason for my problems....any ideas folks....take careD🥰

Many of us who live with the various forms of arthritis struggle with the flu like aches you describe.
