Normal inflammatory markers

Hi everyone, is it possible to have normal markers and still have inflammatory arthritis. I am always very stiff especially in the morning or after a car ride etc. I have suffered for years with osteoarthritis ( knee replacement) 10 yrs ago. Also had flare ups of swollen knuckles and toes.

When I amprescribed Naproxen I feel so much better ,then when I stop within 48hrs

pain and stiffness returns.

Gp prescribes Naproxen but only short term. I feel like I need something more permanent
