Are there exercises and exercise classes specifically for those of us with Arthritis?

I would love to start and move a bit more but I would need to start slowly and to build up?

My exercise consists of regularly hobbling on my crutches from my lounge to my kitchen to make a brew and back!! 😊

It’s a great idea to try to start moving a bit more. However much you do, it will always be beneficial, physically and mentally. There are some great gentle exercise programmes about - here’s a free online one for Chi me which is a gentle and relaxing form of exercise. It might be just the thing to start you moving again:
Versus Arthritis also offer a free 12 week online programme that is suited to people with Arthritis- I’ve followed some of this class and it’s really gentle and encouraging and you only have to do as much as you can. Here’s the link to the videos:
