There is no medical evidence or research into whether they work or not and before shelling out around £250 I would want to know whether they are approved. There is also that laser gismo advertised on the TV, similarly this has no medical endorsement whatsoever and it costs around £900. Companies manufacturing these things are very clever in the wording that they chose in an attempt to sell them but I always Google for more information before going any further.
