Hi 66 year old male, have arthritis in lower spine & hips, also have three bulging discs in pain 24/7 & don't sleep very well. I have tried different forms of pain killers/opioid including Butec patches (no relief). Has anyone tried VYTALIVING Biofeebac Bioposture Back Corrector or a Magnetic posture support for arthritic pain if so did it help or work for you.

I see you have both bulging discs and arthritis in your lower spine and hips, which has meant you're in a lot of pain. You've tried different painkillers, and you're wondering if anyone has tried either a back corrector or magnetic posture support, and if so how it went.

I'm afraid I don't know about those particular options, but Versus Arthritis has done some relevant research into back pain which may be of use to you - specifically a personalised approach to treating back pain, called the Start Back tool. It may be of use to you:

It may well also be worth looking into exercises for your back as well as supports for it for a long term solution. Versus Arthritis have developed tailored exercises for people with arthritis which will hopefully help. I don't particularly enjoy doing the exercises for my knees, but I have found that when I do do them I notice an improvement.

Finally, you may want to investigate other ways of managing your pain. I've found heat helps me a lot, so I have an electric neck / shoulder brace thing which heats up, and I use microwavable wheat germ bags for targeted areas. Hot showers or baths are also very useful to me. You may find other things which help you.
