osteoarthritis and shoulder pain
hi first thing to say what a brilliant website. I had the above diagnosed in my shoulder in the summer, I had a steroid injection and it lasted wonderfully until two weeks ago. Are there any ways I can avoid going for another and another injection and beat this thing by exercise, change of diet, anything? I really don't want to get dependent on injections. Thanks

Hi @Molby and welcome to the Versus Arthritis forum.
It’s good to receive positive feedback about our website.
So, you have OA in your shoulder, had your first steroid injection last summer and would like to know from forum members if there is any alternative to having further injections.
I’m sure you’ll receive some useful feedback as there will be many members who have found themselves in a similar dilemma.
In the interim, you may find this link for shoulder exercises useful:
Also, here’s a link to a current discussion on the forum about steroid injections:
I hope you find joining the forum beneficial.
Best Wishes
