Fingers!
I had a trapeziectomy on my right thumb, quite a few years ago and I have no problems at all with it now.
My current problem is with my fingers ; the right hand is not too bad, but the left - I can't bend my middle finger to touch my palm and can only just touch with the others, the thumb is fine. I have a fairly active lifestyle, with dogs, cats, ponies and chickens to look after. I find it increasingly difficult to hold the reins when riding and to pull up the girth buckle on the saddle.
I take turmeric capsules daily (plus black pepper and plenty of oil in my diet) and have done for years.
Wondering if anyone has exercises to suggest, please?

Good morning @Lellyjelly
What a fun username you made me smile😊
I can see from what you have written that you do indeed have a very active lifestyle and your fingers aren't bending well at all. You would like some exercises which might help and we do have some here:
Here is a previous thread on a similar note which you might also find helpful:
Best wishes
Ellen.

@Ellen thank you so much, I'll have a look at the exercises and see what I can do with them. I bought some gloves with (I think) copper thingies on and I wear them at night, which takes the swelling down a bit by the morning. But I hate wearing gloves normally! I guess I may have to start taking it a bit seriously.
Lellyjelly is what my Dad used to call me (Lesley Joy).😍
