Having my first knee replacement this month!
Hello, I’m 49 and I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees. The pain has really affected my daily life and my mobility is very restricted but I am having my first knee replacement at the end of this month. I really hope even having one knee done will help me be able to get around more and improve things for me.
I was wondering if anyone here is a similar age to me and has had their knee replaced and how it went? Any tips for me before or after? Thanks 😊

I see that you suffer with OA in the knees and are due to have your first knee replacement shortly. You’d like to hear from anyone of a similar age who has had their knee replaced and can provide you with any tips/advice.
