Recently diagnosed with Facet Arthropathy

Diagnosed in January 2022. Before that I used to run a few marathons a year. Maybe that's the cause? Oh well.

I want to get back into fitness and I find I'm coping well, doing a lot of core work and avoiding anything that puts weight on my spine. Good riddance to deadlifts. :)

I'm interested in pain management, and hearing from others with spinal arthritis.
