Hello - operation on my right foot

I'm new to this group, I have osteoarthritis in both feet, waiting on an operation on my right foot, osteoarthritis in my left knee too, which is gradually getting more and more painful, any advice would be much appreciated,

I have osteoarthritis in both feet aswell . I find that elevating you're feet with s couple of cushions works and buy an electric heated big slipper helps in the cold and also a tense machine from boots put it on massage for ten mins . Takes the edge of the pain
