How do I work this site

Is there anyone who can instruct me as to how to work this site as I'm just getting totally confused.


I need clear instructions and I'm not getting them from any where.

    I was totally confused too not worked it out yet. I seem to manage most sites and banking but not this ine

    Some of the elements within the diagrams have moved around a bit but the instructions do work. We will be updating these in April to match the current layout.
