I have arthritis in both knees and left hip, the left knee is also the worst. Though I feel I’ve now got it in my wrists and back, my lower back Is very painful and I can hardly bend down. Im still waiting to see a specialist to find out what type of arthritis I have. I’ve been put on oramorph and tramadol. I also have bipolar disorder which makes it difficult to motivate myself to be active. Anyway that’s a little bit of my story

You have arthritis in your knees and hip and feel as though it might be in your wrists and back which are very painful and restricting your mobility. You are waiting to have your diagnosis confirmed and have been prescribed medication to help with your condition.
