Hello Everyone
Hi. I’m new to this community. My Arthritis journey started about 35 years ago when I was injured in police basic training. Self defence training resulted in a torn meniscus which required an arthroscopy to unlock my knee. And from there the troubles and pain began.
35 years later I have had one total knee replacement and am waiting on the nhs to pull itself out of the Covid crisis and start operations on non-life threatening conditions.
The knee which has been replaced about 18 months ago isn’t great - still somewhat painful and grinds, so I’m now debating whether to go through it all again with the other, which is decaying fast - bone in bone, won’t straighten, constant pain. Dilemma!!!!!!!!
