You have osteoarthritis in many of your joints and trying to be more active. It can be hard when you are in pain, but gentle strengthening and stretching exercises can be really helpful. Even just a few minutes a day can be helpful. Keep posting here and I am sure you will get lots of others giving ideas of how they manage to be more active in their lives. Reach out to others through our Living with arthritis as well.
