Knee replacement

Hi I'm new to this community and looking for advice, I need a knee replacement but I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and not sure whether to go for the replacement due to risk factors

I will be needing knee replacement soon but I’m scared because 6 years ago I had a pulmonary embolism and I’m on blood thinners for life, as I’m on blood thinners for life and this is a high blood clot operation I’m so scared
