Ankle Support?
The OA in my ankle has become a lot more painful in the past couple of months. I am no longer prescribed Naproxen, which has probably made matters worse. Does anyone know if an ankle support will help? And does anyone know of one that actually does? I don't want to waste time and money buying things only to find I'm no better off.

Hi @Flanman can you get Naproxen back on your prescription? Or is this another one GPs will no longer prescribe. I wonder if that is the case because I used to get it and then stopped and have recently rung my GP (can't get to see them anymore!) and after discussion got Capsaicin cream and Co-codomol but no mention of naproxen. I have OA in my hands.
I used to get diclofenac which I found really helped but GP will not prescribe that anymore as they say the side effects are too bad.
