Not everything is arthritis is it?
Had a recent diagnosis following pain in both knees and falls that have obviously impacted. Now I have pain in the top of my foot and my shoulder. I’m sure that some of us is exercise, put on weight, weather, old age but everyone instantly responds with ‘oh that will be your arthritis’. Don’t need a response, just sharing as newbie 😀

Welcome to the Online Community @Neesy nice to meet you.
I think most of us here will relate to what you are sharing there. People in general don't really want to talk about our aches and pains. Replying with 'Oh that'll be your Arthritis' shuts the conversation down doesn't it? Of course it could be so if it persists no harm mentioning to your GP.
Well done for continuing to exercise with your recent diagnosis of Arthritis (I am assuming Osteoarthritis) in both knees.
I wonder whether these two links might interest you:

Do please take a look around the forum and join in anywhere you feel comfortable. After 'Say Hello' Living with Arthritis is probably our most popular category.
Best wishes and I look forward to seeing your posts in future.
