Hello I got diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis in oct and been on meds two months now, wanted to find a community that was a similar age to me I’m 33.

how does everyone deal with their flare ups ?

Hello @Rachibob89 and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.

I understand that you have been diagnosed with RA last October and looking for advice as to how to deal with flare-ups. You are in the right place as I am sure other members will share their experiences with you (I have OA so it is different but when I do get a flare-up for me it is just more, stronger painkillers).
