Hired the saddle on the Mrs ladies bicycle and made it down the road with a few provisos. Three previous one hour sessions on a recliner tricycle has loosened up my knees enough to get on a two wheeler without any knee pain and start to get my balance back. Its taken a while to get there.
My arms don't like it so I am thinking the handlebars will need to come higher as well.

Finally on two wheels again with the saddle raised up. My knees are happy, a bit hard on the arms though, so I might still go for a recliner or something.
