New diagnosis
Good evening to you all, 54 and its all happened so quickly and in pain mostly started methotrexate and am so nervous about it but nothing else is touching it how do you all stay positive? Xx

You write that you are in pain and on methetrexate, and how to we stay positive.

We aren't always positive!
None of us is perfect and to be honest we all have days (or longer sometimes) when it all feels overwhelming.
You need your MTX so do brave starting it. I know the leaflet they give you seems quite scary but loads of us take it on here. If you have any side effects we may have tips to help too.
