Sudden flare

I am fairly newly diagnosed, settle well with Metoject 20mg

This afternoon I had a sudden onset of tiredness...an hour later by the time I got home from work I had full blown fatigue and pretty much all joints stiff and hurting but no swelling

Anyone else experience this?
