You are asking about pain reduction particularly in the morning. There are lots of members who are affected by pain at specific times of the day, most commonly in the morning and during the night. I attach some links which I hope you will find helpful.

We are now being encouraged to exercise our muscles and joints to keep them as flexible as possible and certainly when I was first diagnosed I found gentle stretching in bed before I got up, helped encourage my flexibility and mobility. Also a warm bath or shower helps as well.
