Post Op Pain

I’m 8 weeks out from knee replacement and still having pain and stiffness but mainly when I stand and walk.Doing exercises and physio once a week and still use a cane, painful just standing too, is this normal

I haven't had the knee replacement Op myself so can't comment from my own experience but I hope that your pain subsides soon and you start to get the benefits form the new knee.

It's still very early days you know. Maybe you are being a bit hard on yourself - 8 weeks isn't that long after major surgery.

Have you seen your consultant for a check up yet? Or a physio? They will be the best people to reassure you that you are on track.
