    Drinking is good surely @CatherineCarer ?

    I drink at least 3litres of fluid a day. None of it milk, being vegan, in my case, but I think you are doing fine.

    Plenty of calcium to be found in green veggies too, but I'm sure you know that.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
