use of chat

Hi, I find this website really difficult. I cannot find any chats or discussions. Don't understand why there is not simply access to conversations going on about arthritis. I thought that I would come into contact with other people who have arthritis. have come into contact with no one at all.

have just typed this out. How do I actually post it? there is nothing obvious.

page has only just allowed me to move down and so see some options buttons.

When I go on the site I usually look at 'recent discussions.'

Do you use your phone or a lap top??
