PsA and dairy issues
About the same time as my joints became sore, it then became obvious that diary was also an issue for my gi system. Does anyone else have similar problems?

Yes. Totally. I went vegan & this really helped my disease for 10 yrs. I as able to stay drug free, until menopause seems to have messed things up! I also found gluten irritated my inflammation.

My daughter has a gluten Intolerance so my diet is quite light on any gluten rich food, I may have normal bread as a sandwich every couple of days. We make our own cakes dairy and gluten free. I do like meat and fish too much to be vegan but it's nice to know I'm not the only one. I try to have sardines once a week as it helps with the missing calcium and gives the right oils for my skin

I think it’s all about moderation. Do what feels right for you. Leafy greens are a great source of calcium too 🥬
