Say hello 👋
Hi I am a newbie. Now on total hip replacement ope waiting list. However I was told for 8 months. I am taking 3 painkillers and doing excises, meditation etc but pains are not manageable and I hit medications' side effects badly. Seeking help to GP, a local pharmacist but nothing is convincing me. I would like to share what, how other people cope with these issues during a long waiting list. Appreciate any helps/suggestions!!
