Hello Versus Arthritis

Wen i say newibe, thats to this commnity, had Osteoarthritis, for about 6 yrs!

You know the drill, us guys and gooing to tthe Doctors, but when i was told by workmates, ive started to walk weird!. Well anyway, seen Doctor, who sent me for xrays on hip and knees. Results come back small grinding of the hip bone, so its Arthritis of some kind. nothig to be concerned about, as damage and my age not warrent hip surgery.

Few years down the line, was asked if i could attend physio, they ws hhapyy after about 2 sessions

Few more years down the line,, pain is getting woorse, but i can live thru with odd taking of extra painkillers

Recently, walking (big part of my job) has taken me too take a sick note for work as work does not have a quick fire remedy for me to return

Any Help or Advice, sent me details

Sorry to hear your concerns about osteoarthritis have you been referred to consultant by your doctor yet?

Feel you need to stress pain to them as you maybe need more pain relief now after 6 years plus suffering.

Oh dear sounds painful and if it's now affecting your job I know what I'd be doing.

Back to the Dr ask for the Xrays to be done again maybe it is now time to do something about it? Surgery might be an option now.
